
TRANSIT AND PARKING
There will be significant travel delays on roads and road closures immediately before, during and after the Chiefs Kingdom Champions Parade.
The Kansas City Streetcar will cease operations beginning Wednesday, February 15 at 12:01 am and will reopen when conditions permit. Ride KC bus service for parade day is free with very limited service.
KCATA Park & Ride locations (Round-trip transportation provided)
Park and ride shuttles operate from 7:30am to 11am and then again from 12pm to 4:30pm. Drivers must return to the drop-off location for their respective shuttle. Please take into account possible waiting times at Park and Ride locations. Expect a 45-minute wait at popular locations.

There will be parking restrictions along and around the parade route. These restrictions come into effect on Tuesday, February 14 at noon and will apply until the late evening of Wednesday, February 15. Cars parked in temporary no-parking zones will be relocated at the owner’s expense. Cars parked on the highway will be relocated at the expense of the owner. If your vehicle has been misplaced, you can call (816) 513-0688 for the location.
Fees are charged at most parking lots around the parade grounds, including the National WWI Museum and Memorial, Union Station, and the Crown Center. For more information, see the organizations’ websites.
Travel to downtown KCMO by scooter or bike! There are three micro-mobility partners in Kansas City that are offering an alternative way to get around town during the parade celebrations: RideKCBike, SPIN, and Bird.
Please keep in mind:
– Scooters and bicycles are not allowed to drive in restricted road areas
– Watch out for pedestrians and do not ride on sidewalks
– Obey the traffic rules
